Asia Jute the Largest Jute Bag Manufacturer and Exporter, on Thursday, announced its intention to export 100 Containers Jute Sacking Bags for the Sudanese agricultural and food sectors over the running year.
The announcement was made after signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a Sudanese company specialized in the field of agriculture and food in the Sudanese capital Khartoum.
Asia Jute CVO Dr. Rumman Shafi Quaderi (Ph.D.) said the Contract with the Sudanese side was in line with Asia Jute’s new vision and strategy to become a successful strategic exporter in the global food and agriculture value chains.
“Over the next three years, we plan to export around 1000 Containers for the Sudanese Agriculture sector, by entering into partnerships with a number of local Sudanese companies,” Kamaruddin Muzakkir said.
“We are currently working on identifying suitable business opportunities, as well as signing agreements, which are in line with Asia Jute’s new strategy,” he added.
Asia Jute’s premier exporters in the Jute and agribusiness have several exports to other West African countries such as Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Cameroon, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Indonesia, and is currently planning for future exports in several other countries.
The company’s main mission is to identify and produce and export jute sacking bags for the global food and agriculture sectors, as well as build a strong portfolio through Asia Jute’s export expertise, lasting partnerships, and long-term business approach.
It is estimated that Asia Jute now raises 250,000 Metric Ton Jute Yarn and produces 120,000 Bales of Jute Sack Bags annually.
